IVF Success Stories: From Couples Who Overcame Infertility to Proud Parents

We've had a lot of success in helping people overcome infertility and get pregnant the natural way. Maybe you saw our story featured on ABC News or Yahoo! News. One thing that really touched our hearts were the stories that came from a variety of families who used IVF Success to conceive their first child or to overcome infertility. We were so glad to hear how our approach helped them overcome obstacles and achieve their dream of becoming parents.

Below are some stories straight from the folks who read and practiced what we teach. Infertility is a heartbreaking disease or condition of infertility. Infertility comes in two types: primary infertility, which means infertility among people with no history of pregnancy and secondary

infertility means the couple succeeds once or twice but they are not able to conceive again on their own. Medical professionals describe the primary infertility problem as "when the couple has not conceived after 12 months of unprotected intercourse".

What is IVF?

In vitro fertilizations (IVF) is a process in which a woman's eggs are fertilized by sperm outside the body. The procedure involves stimulating a woman's ovaries to produce more than one egg, retrieving the eggs, and then fertilizing them with sperm in a dish in the laboratory. The resulting embryo or embryos are then transferred to the woman's uterus with a catheter.

IVF is used when other methods of assisted reproduction have failed or are not an option for various reasons. It is often used after hormone therapy or if there are problems with the fallopian tubes, ovulation or sperm quality.

IVF is different from other assisted reproduction techniques that do not require egg retrieval. These include intrauterine insemination (IUI), artificial insemination (AI), and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).

How do you get started on IVF treatment?

If you've been trying to conceive but have not been successful, it's important to speak with your doctor about your options. Your doctor may refer you to a fertility specialist or recommend that you start treatment on your own.

To get started with IVF treatment, the first step is to meet with a fertility specialist. The specialist will ask about your medical history and perform a physical examination. They'll also order some tests to evaluate your overall health and assess whether you are ovulating normally. Next, the specialist will explain how IVF works and discuss their approach to treatment. They may recommend that you try other fertility treatments before proceeding with IVF (such as intrauterine insemination or artificial insemination). If this is the case, you'll meet with the specialist regularly for monitoring and testing until they determine that it's safe for you to move forward.

If they recommend moving forward with IVF, they'll give you information about how long it takes to complete each step of the process:

In vitro fertilizations (IVF): In this procedure, eggs are removed from the ovaries under general anesthesia and fertilized in a lab dish using sperm from your partner or donor sperm.

What is the process of IVF treatment?

In vitro fertilizations (IVF) is a procedure in which an egg is fertilized by sperm outside of the body, in a laboratory dish. IVF is used when normal fertilizations does not occur or cannot take place. The main purpose of IVF is to help couples who have had difficulty conceiving due to infertility problems.

There are three main steps in an IVF procedure:

1. Ovulation induction – this helps your ovaries produce more eggs than usual. You will be given medication to stimulate the development of eggs in your ovaries. You may also be given medication to make you release more than one egg at once (superovulation). This can increase the chance that one or more eggs will be viable and able to be fertilized and implanted into the uterus successfully.

2. Egg retrieval – eggs are removed from your ovaries with a needle under ultrasound guidance (a special vaginal probe called a laparoscope may be inserted into your uterus through a small incision). Depending on how many eggs have matured and how many follicles are present, it can take between 10 and 20 minutes for one doctor to retrieve all the mature eggs from one side. Doctors usually remove up to six mature eggs from

What happens after IVF?

After your treatment, you will be monitored closely for a few days. You may have some mild pain and swelling in the area where the needle was inserted and may experience some cramping. These side effects usually resolve on their own within a day or two.

Some women experience nausea and vomiting after having an egg retrieval procedure. To prevent this, your doctor may prescribe anti-nausea medicine before the procedure begins and during recovery. If you're able to eat food, consuming a light diet of soft foods is recommended for 24 hours following the egg retrieval procedure.

Your doctor will schedule another appointment within 2 weeks to check your progress and see if you need any additional care or treatment. If any complications develop after your egg retrieval procedure, they will be treated by your doctor at this time as well.

Will IVF help me get pregnant?

Everyone has their own IVF success story, and they have always been nothing short of fantastic. You could almost write a textbook chapter on this subject. However, while IVF can work wonders for some people, it doesn't work for others. Earlier this year we posted a similar article on IVF success stories. But in the interest of making our readers aware of all the possibilities that IVF has to offer, we've chosen to share another IVF success story here today. And if you're thinking about getting pregnant with your partner through IVF instead of having a baby naturally, please check out this lovely post by The Fertility Network.
